De-Icing DIM 3100

The De-icing process removes all winter contamination such snow, ice, sleet or other critical surfaces from parts of aircrafts such as the wings, tail stabilizer and fin, and in some cases the aircraft’s fuselage.

The killfrost liquid must be heated to a certain specific temperature according to the weather conditions and to specific directives. But the weather conditions can create emergencies that can lead to higher than expected consumption of the killfrost liquid. This could lead to delays in the departures of aircrafts due to the length of time it would take to further prepare the killfrost liquid.

MDB’s Research and Development Department is proud to present the DIM 1300, a compact machine for de-icing operations. DIM 1300 is practical and fast and provides the killfrost liquid very quickly and at an affordable price.

Due to its compact size and affordability the DIM 1300 de-icing machine is also suitable for airports with mild temperatures and that therefore cannot buy expensive equipment to defrost aircrafts.

The entire MDB range has the CE certification and is accompanied by the instructions manual. In addition, MDB has the quality certification UNI-EN-ISO 9001-2000.
